All of the guidelines below must be accepted
Handing out promotional materials or verbally encouraging patrons in or directly outside of store locations is prohibited.
Delivery orders and gift cards are not included in fundraiser.
Choolaah will donate 30% of each online order, dine-in and carry-out purchase made by guests who present your group’s flyer, submit your fundraiser code when checking out online or specifically mention your organization’s initiative when ordering in store.
Your organization will work towards the goal of bringing at least 100 guests into the restaurant to support your fundraiser.
Once your application is accepted and the date of event has been scheduled, your organization will be provided a customized fundraising event flyer (PDF) to help you promote your event. You can print the flyer and distribute to your audience.
Most organizations share the PDF via email, website and social media channels. We’ve seen organizations have the most success when marketing their fundraiser using the same channels they typically use to communicate with their staff, boards, employees, funders, and other supporters – encouraging them to share as widely as possible.
You can tag your social media posts with #Choolaahgives and/or #Choolaahyum for some extra social media buzz.
The receipts will be tallied and your organization will receive the final figures within seven business days after the event.
A check will be written and mailed to your organization no later than three weeks following the day’s fundraiser event.
